Blog #M James Gillum


I chose Mark 6:48 because I found it strange that it is stated that "[Jesus] intended to pass them by" while walking on water. This is strange to me because he embarks across the water with the sole purpose of joining them to help them row across windy waters. Harry Fleddermann breaks down this sentence to explain it further1.
